Brian Lau

Brian Lau co-founded Quedic to build the kind of integrated communications agency crypto had been missing — one run by operators who actually work inside the market, not consultants describing it from the outside.

Over five years in Web3 marketing and strategic communications, Brian has led brand, social, KOL and go-to-market programs for companies across the exchange, protocol and consumer-crypto stack. His work has consistently intersected with the tier-1 exchange ecosystem — the launches, listings, campaigns and narrative moments that shape where attention actually flows in crypto — giving him a ground-level view of how real demand is created versus where marketing dollars quietly disappear.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Brian leads Quedic’s marketing, content, KOL and social practices. He architects end-to-end programs that sequence PR, creator campaigns and owned-channel strategy around client roadmaps rather than agency billing cycles. He is known for a direct, data-led approach to crypto comms: no template pitches, no follower-count theatrics, and no marketing that can’t trace back to narrative, search or conversion.

Brian brings a cross-border operating lens — fluent across Greater China, Southeast Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific — that gives Quedic clients real access to regional KOL, media and community networks beyond the English-language press cycle. He is a recurring voice at industry events and side programs across the global crypto calendar.
